Tapnivo stores account names, email addresses, password hashes and links. Link analytics count GET requests, including automated requests, by day in UTC; they are not unique visitor counts. Tapnivo does not store raw visitor IP addresses or browsing histories in its analytics.

For abuse prevention, login and signup requests create temporary hashed rate-limit keys. Hosting providers may maintain separate access logs. Session cookies are required for account access. Administrators can manage user accounts and links.

Following a short link sends you to an external website. Its privacy policy and tracking practices apply there. Contact the administrator who supplied your account invitation to request account or data assistance.
